![]() The service: we had a waiter named Edward who was timely, polite, very helpful and checked in at what I would consider an appropriate rate. There we were on a Friday night at 7pm just craving a good burger. It's been years since I've been to a Chili's restaurant and I was not disappointed with my visit! All Around Awesome! The service, food, and music/vibe was everything I enjoy in a dining experience. Chuck I hope your day goes better and you strive to do better around patrons. Anyhow I don’t want this to turn into a novel. Which he did thank me for, so there is that. We did exchange words and I decided to just tell him to cancel my order. I told him that I was sorry that he was a little overwhelmed, after he gestured to the large table as to how busy they were Maybe it’s me, or maybe it’s a bad day. He seemed really inconvenienced to be dealing with me. He made a comment about the time it would take and I reminded him that’s what he told me over the phone. I began my order and once again the same individual that answered my phone call seemed to be bothered that I was placing my order. One of which my wife happened to be at because of a work conference in town and she was meeting with her group. I expected to see a busy restaurant but was greeted with a fairly empty restaurant with one large table maybe a few others. So I figured the wait staff were busy and he recommended coming upstairs to eat so I did. He stated that he didn’t know how long it would take, maybe forty five minutes for food which to be honest I would have happily waited DoorDash runs about the same time. I attempted to order room service and this individual answered the phone and was fairly rude with me. While this gentleman may have been having a bad day, which I understand we all have them, it still warrants a review as this individual smugly told me he always gets glowing reviews. I had a very displeasing experience with an individual there. We could also here the employee screaming at the manager in the kitchen from the dining room. This seems to be a recurring problem, and is unfair to the manager as well as the other employee that was with her. We got our food after 2 and a half hours of waiting. The manager was very nice, and trying her best despite the situation. We had been there for almost 2 hours at this point, and our food hasn’t even been out in due to the waitress just leaving. The manager came back about 20 minutes later and explained that the waitress just left again without placing our order. The waitress came back after an hour, no apology or anything and took our order. ![]() No clue what she was doing, but that just left the manager to serve all the tables by herself and to attempt to take control of the situation. The waitress just left the building for almost an hour. We asked for a few more moments to look over the desert menu, and she left. The restaurant was fairly busy, and it took about 15 minutes for our waitress to approach. My friends and I went to the Jeff location around 7:30 Friday night.
