I believe the powers that be use similar methods to expose certain truths to the masses. But, that does not mean that the film might contain a lot of truth mixed with foolish nonsense. Of course it is not George as the narrator in the film. He would know that he had to mix nonsense with truth to get it in the public eye. George had a lot of success in the movie industry with Monty Python.
